((Bingham Canyon Mine))(((Husab Mine)))

((( I would be kidding myself and many of you if we didn't openly admit to the blatant flaws we continuously see impending its downward spiral of inexperience on our final products, let alone the overall operational processes we undergo daily in our individualized work that as collective make up the entire framework of a holistic work environment. In itself, Operations Management is not only the foresight to know well in advance through an experienced eye and skill in management processes to diligently know when there is a hiccup in the works, continuously slowing down momentum, a weakness in the chains of command, let alone the weaknesses in the processes in which a service is rendered, paperwork in transferred, communication is delivered, protocols are not followed, or not fully well written up, and inconsistencies of inadequate flawed principals of man in the pursuit of corruption within financial aspects to which all operations needs to systematically run in order for the business to not only stay afloat but to flourish. However, mentioning this is only touches the surface of the intricacy behind the mechanics that go into the operational process of galvanizing a fully-fledged well-run, and well-oiled machine. Take the bottle kneck concept for example. What Is a Bottleneck? A bottleneck is a point of congestion in a production system: (such as an assembly line of mineral deposits that need to be demarkated, planned for extraction, planned to get dismantled from the ground, assessed, and calculated for with extreme precision so as not to flaw the entire pit area as well as lives for the current extraction including future extractions as well as taking into consideration its expensive assets and machinery, that not only logistically extract the material, but segment, compress, dismantle, separate, compact and extract certain deposits in various ways with additive resources from various suppliers and contractors all working simultaneously as a collective within their respective skill set to help the continuous and added, plus new projects that come on board daily. CONCERNS This excludes the workforce and its organisational cultures, bias, behaviour, experience, productivity output, expenditure, performance appraisals, communication skills, resistance to change mechanisms, subordinations, absenteeism, expulsion, calculative dubious dismissal with the intension to financially benefit from employee pension and funds(Chevron, Enron, Husab(Hugae sub contract /sabotage), Rossing) strikes, misconduct, sexual harassment, unproductivity, lack of motivation, alcohol and drug adherence, personal loss, grievances, mismanagement, wrong protocols, unsatisfactory behaviour, bias protocols in HR, racism, bigotry, favouritism, tribalism, sexism, discrimination, safety hygiene, personal hygiene, communication hygiene, traditional law, maternity leave, violence, vandalism, danger to other people and property, theft, protocoals in palce for fair pay, pay scale according to which recommendation and what reference, cheap labour, wool over eyes traditional law tactics, incompetence, inexperience, lawlessness, disrespect, lack of ethics, inefficiencies, incompetence, lack of accountability, lack of leadership, lack of knowledge, no frame of reference, lack of understanding, no problem-solving skills, no comprehension of interpersonal skills, no empathy skills,((( Types of Communication

non-compliance, lack of etticit, lack of moral fibre, transparency, and contractual law(there are so many more facets to dismantle but I believe we all get the JST of the pros and cons of the matter or a computer network) that occurs when workloads arrive too quickly for the production process to handle. ... Companies are more at risk for bottlenecks when they start the production process with no latter cognizance(awareness) foundations in place, let alone organizational or planning skills in place. Overall these are the many issues that hamper flow((Ideally, your flow state session will last for at least four, 25-minute Pomodoros (90-120 minutes). After you've done the four sessions, you can give your brain a longer break (at least 15-20 minutes). During this longer break, you'll probably come out of the flow state. flow state can happen the entire day too)). It would be a lie to tell you that all of this can be solved in one day, as long as you have people in corrupt positions of power "pulling the strings", you can not cut the head of the snake(((same side of the two-headed dragon))) when it comes to: Operations Management Country management Safety Management Account Management in a firm or bank Logistics Management HR Management Payroll Management Production Management Legal Management Union Management Marketing Management ))) Proxcy))
